Orange Chia Pudding with Collagen

This orange chia pudding tastes like a healthy creamsicle pudding. Rich with fiber, protein, healthy fats, and with no added sugar, it makes a great balanced meal or healthy snack.

  • 3 small oranges
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 tsp orange zest
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 scoops unflavored collagen peptides
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds

  1. Peel oranges. Add oranges, coconut milk, orange zest, vanilla, and collagen to a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until a smooth consistency.

  2. Pour the blended liquid in a large bowl and add chia seeds. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least four hours or overnight so mixture can thicken.

  3. Stir prior to serving and enjoy!
