Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (i.e. cow's, almond, hemp, oat, soy)
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger (optional)
  • 2 leaves fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 60 seconds or until blended smoothly. Add additional ice and liquid to get your preferred texture (more ice will make it colder and thicker, better for using a spoon like in a smoothie bowl, whereas more liquid will make it thinner and more sippable!)
