These mini cheesy rolls are a delicious grain-free, gluten-free cheese stuffed bread rolls appetizer! The perfect healthy appetizer recipe for game days and parties!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper.
Mix pizza dough according to package directions, with apple cider vinegar, water, and 2 tbsp oil. Divide dough into 18 pieces.
Slice string cheese into 18 pieces. Place a piece of cheese in the center of each piece of dough and roll into a ball. Place on baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly browned on top.
Serve warm with optional dipping sauce (i.e. marinara or pesto) and enjoy!
