Slow Cooker Turkey Stock

Make your own slow cooker turkey stock from your leftover turkey. It is the easiest turkey stock recipe!

free from: wheat/ gluten, dairy, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts

  • 1 turkey carcass
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh parlsey
  • 12 cups water

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker. Cook on low at least 12 hours.

  2. Strain stock and store in sealed containers in the fridge or freezer (see freezing instructions above).

  3. If desired, add more water and repeat another round or two!
