Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 3 cups seltzer water
  • ice to serve with
  • optional lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cherries, raspberries, lime juice, and honey in a blender and blend for 30 seconds on medium to high speed until it's a smooth puree. 

  2. Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve or through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.

  3. If serving several people immediately: combine fruit puree in a pitcher with sparkling seltzer water and immediately pour over ice. 

  4. If serving one person: place 1/3 cup puree in a glass over ice, add 3/4 cup sparkling water, and give it a quick stir.

  5. If making in advance: refrigerate the puree in a sealed jar or container up to 4-5 days. Combine with sparkling seltzer water immediately prior to serving.

Recipe Notes

You can substitute any berries preferred for raspberries. You can also substitute agave or another liquid sweetener for honey.

If you desire a sweeter beverage, feel free to add more honey to the puree to taste.
