These Blueberry Matcha Overnight Oats are everything that you need in the morning: nourishing, filling, delicious, have a little caffeine, and require less than five minutes of prep time the night before!
free from: gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, fish, & no added sugar
Combine all ingredients in a small airtight container (like a mason jar), stir or shake to combine, and refrigerate overnight (or 6+ hours).
I used frozen blueberries, because they add an extra "juiciness" level as they thaw, adding more flavor and natural sweetness to the overnight oats. You could probably use fresh blueberries, but may need to crush them slightly (and may need a splash more milk/ milk substitute).
You can add additional protein and satiety to your oats by adding a scoop of your favorite collagen, protein powder, or even Greek yogurt.
