3tablespoonscitrus juicei.e. lemon, lime, orange

salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high for 60 seconds, or until evenly combined.

Notes
To make as a thicker and creamier pasta sauce, use 1 cup of water. To make a thinner dressing for salads, add another 1/2-1 cup water until you achieve your desired consistency.Any type of citrus can be used, based on individual preferences or food sensitivities.You can optionally add fresh herbs, like 1/4 cup of fresh basil or cilantro.Nutrition information was calculated using spinach and lemon juice.
