Ingredients

  • 30 oz black beans (2 cans - DO NOT DRAIN!)
  • 16 oz salsa (1 jar - use your favorite!)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (juice from 1 lime)

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine 1 can of black beans, the jar of salsa, and the lime juice. Blend on low for 45-60 seconds or until incorporated.
  2. Stir in the remaining can of black beans
  3. Soup can be heated in the microwave or in a pot on the stove.
