Watermelon Mint Lemonade


  • 1 cup watermelon juice OR 1 1/2 cups watermelon pieces
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Optional additions: sparkling water sparkling wine or champagne, rose wine
  • Optional garnishes: lemon slices fresh mint sprigs, watermelon cubes (chilled or frozen)


  1. Blend watermelon juice or pieces, lemon juice, and mint in a blender for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any mint pieces or watermelon fibers.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. Garnishing/ serving ideas: Serve juice over ice (can substitute frozen watermelon pieces for ice) with lemon wedges and fresh mint.
  5. You can also top with sparkling water, sparkling wine or champagne, or a rose wine for a mocktail or cocktail version.
