Salad Skewers

Ingredients

  • The below is what I used to make 6 small salad skewers but you can totally get creative and use any type of greens, veggies, fruit, cheese or more that you want!
  • 1/4 head of iceberg lettuce chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 10-12 grape tomatoes
  • 3 ounces of colby cheese chopped into 1-inch squares
  • 1 small cucumber washed and sliced into thick coins
  • Optional: Your favorite dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Assemble by layering ingredients on small skewers. I found a larger couple pieces of lettuce kept together worked well (see picture).
  2. Keep refrigerated until serving. Serve with your favorite salad dressings to dip.
