The below is what I used to make 6 small salad skewersbut you can totally get creative and use any type of greens, veggies, fruit, cheese or more that you want!
ΒΌhead of iceberg lettucechopped into 1-inch pieces
10-12grape tomatoes
3ouncesof colby cheesechopped into 1-inch squares
1small cucumberwashed and sliced into thick coins
Optional: Your favorite dressing for dipping
Instructions
Assemble by layering ingredients on small skewers. I found a larger couple pieces of lettuce kept together worked well (see picture).
Keep refrigerated until serving. Serve with your favorite salad dressings to dip.
